Current cancellation policy

This page presents the currently active Royal Servicess LLC cancellation policy used by the customer pre-pickup cancellation workflow.

Refund eligibility depends on how much time remains before the scheduled pickup time when the cancellation quote is created.

A cancellation request does not immediately cancel the booking. The request must complete the applicable verification and review process.

Rental-payment refund schedule

Security-deposit refund

Under the current active policy, the cancellation workflow applies a 100% security-deposit refund rate to the eligible security-deposit balance associated with an approved pre-pickup cancellation.

Any actual refund remains subject to the verified payment and deposit records associated with the booking.

Card-processing fee

Under the current active cancellation policy, the booking card-processing fee is non-refundable.

Cancellation request process

• The normal customer cancellation workflow applies to an eligible confirmed booking before scheduled pickup.
• The website calculates the cancellation quote from the active policy and the booking's verified payment records.
• The customer submits a cancellation reason and verifies the request through the provided verification workflow.
• The booking remains confirmed while the verified cancellation request awaits administrator review.
• If an eligible request is approved, the booking is cancelled and the applicable refund records are created.
• Payment-provider refund settlement, when required, is confirmed through verified provider notifications rather than the browser alone.
• A private refund voucher is finalized only after all refunds required by the verified cancellation quote have reached their required settled state.

Policy version protection

Current active policy: Standard Cancellation Policy , version 1.

When a cancellation request is created, the applicable policy version and refund quote are preserved with that request. A later policy update does not silently replace the policy evidence associated with the existing request.
