Royal Servicess separates a public vehicle listing from each individual physical vehicle. Your requested dates and times must therefore be checked against actual inventory before the reservation can proceed.

The availability system considers physical quantity, existing bookings, temporary inventory holds, maintenance restrictions, and applicable preparation buffers.
The normal payment path is not offered. Instead, the customer can use the Request This Vehicle workflow.
For an available vehicle, the application protects inventory with a temporary hold before online checkout. Booking prices are calculated on the server from the saved pricing and itinerary data.
Online payment entry uses Stripe Checkout. The browser success page is not treated as proof of payment; verified server-side payment events determine payment confirmation.
The agreement is generated from the saved booking information and the applicable approved terms. Your signature is bound to the exact agreement version you reviewed.
A material agreement change after signing requires a new version and a new signature.
You may create a customer account without uploading a driver licence. Uploading a licence later can support the review process, but it does not itself authorize vehicle release.
Staff must verify an acceptable physical driver licence before the vehicle is released.
