Scope of these Terms
Royal Servicess LLC operates self-drive motor vehicle rental services in Atlanta, Georgia.
These Terms govern use of the Royal Servicess LLC digital platform, communications relating to a reservation, and self-drive rentals arranged with Royal Servicess LLC.
Booking-specific terms, pricing, payment records, vehicle information, and the rental agreement accepted for a particular rental also form part of the applicable rental record.
Eligibility and driver qualifications
Minimum age
The primary renter and any authorized additional driver must be at least 23 years of age.
Physical licence
A physical, unexpired driver's licence must be presented and accepted before vehicle release.
Digital licence files
Uploading a licence through the website does not replace the physical licence inspection required at pickup.
International drivers
International renters may be subject to separate staff review and must present an acceptable native, unexpired driver's licence together with an International Driving Permit where legally required. The current online checkout supports eligible U.S. and Canadian driver's licences only; other licence situations are not automatically approved through online checkout.
Rental duration, mileage, delivery and return
- Rentals are available for a minimum of 3 days and a maximum of 21 days.
- Each rental includes an allowance of 150 miles per rental day. Mileage above the applicable allowance may incur an additional charge under the rental terms.
- Customers must return the vehicle to the Royal Servicess LLC main return location unless an alternative return collection arrangement has been accepted.
- Delivery or return collection up to 25 miles from the main location is $50 per service.
- More than 25 miles and up to 50 miles is $75 per service.
- More than 50 miles and up to 75 miles is $100 per service.
- Delivery and return collection are not offered beyond 75 miles under the approved distance schedule.
Insurance and financial responsibility
Required insurance evidence must be satisfied before a rental vehicle is released.
Depending on the booking and the insurance option selected, the customer may be required to provide acceptable evidence of personal auto insurance or complete an insurance option made available through the Royal Servicess LLC booking process.
Website selection or document upload does not remove the staff verification requirements that apply before physical vehicle release.
Vehicle-use restrictions
Royal Servicess LLC vehicles may not be used for prohibited or unauthorized activity.
- Towing trailers or pulling another vehicle.
- Speed testing, track racing, stunt driving, reckless operation, or off-road driving.
- Transporting illegal, hazardous, or flammable materials.
- Operating outside the continental United States without prior written authorization.
- Unauthorized commercial passenger or delivery activity.
Reservations, availability and payment
Vehicle availability depends on the requested pickup and return dates and times, physical vehicle inventory, existing bookings, temporary holds, maintenance restrictions, and applicable preparation requirements.
If no vehicle is available for the requested period, the normal paid booking path is not available and the customer may instead submit a vehicle request.
Prices and payable amounts are calculated by the Royal Servicess LLC system. Online payment status is confirmed through the applicable payment processing workflow rather than by the browser success page alone.
Cancellation and refunds
Cancellation and refund eligibility depends on the approved cancellation policy applicable when the customer's cancellation request is created.
Cancellation policy versions are preserved so a later policy change does not silently replace the policy associated with an existing verified cancellation request.

Rental agreements are generated from saved booking information, assigned vehicle information, applicable financial records, and the approved terms applicable to that agreement.
A customer's electronic signature is bound to the exact agreement version reviewed and accepted.
A material change after signing requires a new agreement version, renewed customer review, and a new signature.
Finalized agreement history is preserved with the associated rental record.
Privacy and private documents
Driver-licence files, signatures, agreement records, and finalized private documents are handled through authorized Royal Servicess LLC workflows.

Customers should review these Terms and the booking-specific rental agreement carefully before acceptance and signature.
A generated rental agreement is tied to the exact stored agreement terms version presented for that rental.
A material change after signing requires a new agreement version, customer review, and signature. Previously signed or finalized agreement versions are not rewritten when later terms or booking information change.
