Scope of these terms
Royal Servicess LLC operates self-drive motor vehicle rental services in Atlanta, Georgia.
These Terms apply to access to the Royal Servicess digital platform and to self-drive rentals arranged through the business.
Eligibility and driver qualifications
Minimum age
The source Terms require the primary renter and authorized additional drivers to be at least 23 years of age.
Physical driver licence
A physical, unexpired driver licence must be presented and accepted before a vehicle is released.
International drivers
International renters must provide a valid native driver licence and an International Driving Permit where legally required.
Rental duration
The approved source Terms state a minimum rental duration of 3 days and a maximum duration of 21 days.
Mileage allowance
The approved source Terms state an allowance of 150 miles per rental day. Excess mileage may result in an additional charge under the applicable booking terms.
Vehicle-use restrictions
The source Terms prohibit certain uses of Royal Servicess vehicles, including:
- Towing trailers or pulling another vehicle.
- Speed testing, track racing, stunt driving, reckless operation, or off-road driving.
- Transporting illegal, hazardous, or flammable materials.
- Operating outside approved geographic areas without required authorization.
- Unauthorized commercial passenger or delivery use.
Reservations and rental agreements
Vehicle availability depends on the requested pickup and return dates and times and on actual physical inventory.
An unavailable vehicle must not proceed through the standard payment path. The website provides a vehicle-request workflow when inventory is unavailable.
Rental agreements are generated from saved booking information and the approved agreement terms applicable to that booking.
A customer signature is bound to the exact agreement version reviewed. Material changes after signing require a new agreement version and a new signature.
Privacy and customer information
Personal information used for account, booking, driver-verification, payment, agreement, pickup, and return workflows is subject to the Royal Servicess Privacy Policy.

The uploaded Terms document contains a mandatory individual arbitration provision, jury-trial waiver, and class-action waiver.
The source document states that disputes arising from the Terms, rental agreement, vehicles, or digital platform are to be resolved through binding individual arbitration in Atlanta, Georgia, under Georgia law.
This provision requires final legal review before the production Terms page is approved for launch.
